New wooden caps in Rosa Envases
The growing demand of sustainable packaging from the beauty sector has led us to incorporate these new caps to our catalogue.
The new monomaterial wooden caps are completely make of ash good and incorporate a cork inner.
Furthermore, they are free of glues and does not have any plastic component on it.
The new wooden caps can be varnish in different colours and can be use in our 30, 50 and 200 ml acrylic jars.
The manufacturing processes of these monomaterial caps are rather complex and time-consuming, so the costs are higher than other options.

Rosa Envases offer wooden caps for the acrylic jars for over 15 years.
This packaging option was included in our catalogue when the beauty sector did not require as many sustainable options as today.
The caps are made of ash or beech wood and can be customized in different colours.
The difference between these caps and new ones consists in the inner plastic cap which incorporate: a PP cap that includes the thread.
This plastic material is 100 % recyclable as well as the PE from which the inner is make.
These caps can be also used in our 30, 50 and 200 ml acrylic jars and they have two different options of shapes: straight or curve.
