HISTORY

 

At Rosa Envases we work in the manufacture of high-quality standard plastic containers, mainly for the cosmetics sector. We also offer different options for customizing them, which allows us to provide a complete service to our clients.

Our company was founded by Juan Moreno Ortiz in 1978 and was initially dedicated to the manufacture of packaging for food products. However, with time and driven by the beauty, creativity and attractiveness of a young sector that allowed him to develop his concerns, he set himself the challenge of working in cosmetics.

Thus, in 1987 the current Rosa Envases was born, which with its evolution positioned the Tarrosalba brand with a wide range of Polyethylene (PE) bottles, double-walled containers manufactured in Polystyrene/Styrene Acrylonitrile (PS/SAN) with the interior in Polypropylene (PP) and luxury or thick-walled Acrylic containers manufactured in the same materials, all in various capacities and shapes and with different options of caps and lids.

Due to market demands and the appearance of new materials, in 2007 innovations were made in machinery and equipment that allowed us to incorporate into our manufacturing processes a recyclable plastic material of high transparency and flexibility, the Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), which offered us the possibility of expanding our range of containers with six series in different shapes and sizes, manufactured in two phases (from preforms) and were marketed under the recognized brand “petypet”.

In 2008 there was a generational change led by Carmen Moreno Terraz, who developed a new corporate image and strengthened our solid reputation based on creativity, continuous innovation, seriousness and punctuality, which remains today and has allowed us to improve every day the quality of our products, offer excellent services and consolidate our already recognized and positioned trademarks “Tarrosalba” and “petypet” in a single and prestigious brand, “Rosa Envases”.

We have an excellent location in a large business park of Albacete, a city with good communications and located halfway between the centre of the country and the coast, which allows easy access to all means of transport, land, air and sea. All this allows us to offer a punctual distribution and delivery of our containers and to continue our expansion in the markets inside and outside the European Union. Today we are present in more than 40 countries.

Today we are a reference in the manufacture of plastic packaging for the personal care sector and we continue to innovate in our facilities to maintain our quality standards, meet the needs of our customers and satisfy environmental imperatives.

We are currently certified in the ISO 9001:2015 Standard by TÜV.
Our quality has supported us since our beginnings, which has allowed us to be present both in Spain and in international markets.

How do we contribute to sustainability in our company?:

Today we are continuously improving to maintain these qualities, training our employees to respect the environment and incorporating non-polluting production processes. We reduce, reuse and recycle, making the most of resources, minimizing waste generation and recovering materials and products at the end of their useful life.

We are currently witnessing increasingly aggressive campaigns against the use of plastic, so it is our duty to correctly inform consumers, clients and potential future clients about the advantages and disadvantages of its use and to counteract the misinformation surrounding it. Likewise, we must educate in the correct use of them and properly manage the waste generated so as to minimize the negative impact on the environment.
